Nikki Washington is the proud founder &CEO of Royal Beauty &Wellness Elite LLC, and the Creative Organizer of Royal Beauty ; Wellness Awards. Nikki also is the CEO of DLNI Hair & Fitness, the only beauty & wellness facility here in Louisville that she passionately operates with her husband . DLNI Hair & Fitness was featured in 2020 on both WDRB and WLKY as being one of the prominent recognized black own businesses in the city.Nikki is the visionary leader and the driving force behind the esteemed beauty and wellness networking organization RBWE. With an unwavering passion for the industry, Nikki has dedicated her career to empowering young future professionals and fostering connections within the beauty and wellness community. Her expertise and deep understanding of the industry have positioned her as a trusted advisor and advocate for those seeking personal and professional growth. Nikki has been a well-known master cosmetologist for twenty-four years, where she earned her cosmetology certification from The School of Hair Design. She is known for creating signature pixie cuts, custom color and healthy hair restoration. Nikki received her license certification as an educator in 2009, at Empire Beauty school, and her Associate of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2010. Nikki headed the 360 programs at Empire beauty, where she successfully trained young professionals on resume building, goal setting and interview preparation. Her love for teaching and mentoring, led her way to becoming a business mentor and inspirational coach today. She was recognized as teacher of the year in 2010. Throughout her illustrious career Nikki has accumulated a wealth of experience, having held key leadership roles in her own beauty and wellness company. Her keen insights and strategic acumen have guided mentees and current and past employees towards success, always with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and uplifting others. Recognizing the transformative power of networking and mentorship, Nikki’s set out to create a platform that would revolutionize the way beauty and wellness professionals connect and support one another. Her vision led to the establishment of the Royal Beauty & Wellness Elite LLC organization, where industry experts come together to share knowledge, forge valuable relationships, and inspire collective growth. Nikki also is the mastermind creator of the first incubator program R.B.W.I.N, (Royal Beauty Wellness Incubator Network), which focuses on creating resources to build and improve young beauty & wellness professionals needing to start or scale up their business. Beyond her role as CEO, Nikki is a respected thought leader in the industry. She frequently contributes giving back to the youth, deliver inspiring keynote speeches at industry events, and actively engages in initiatives that promote diversity, sustainability, and well-being within the beauty and wellness sphere. She is a proud wife, mother of three young adult children and a woman of God. Nikki, describes herself as a strong woman, who strives every day to grow stronger with Christ. She is devoted wife & mother and advocate for her community. Monique Chambers is a highly experienced financial advisor with a passion for helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals. With over 15 years of experience in banking and finance as a loan officer, Monique brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clients. Born and raised in Virginia, Monique's journey led her to Louisville when her husband took on a military position. Born and raised in Florida, Natasha attended Florida A & M University (FAMU) where she received her Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and Master of Science in Agricultural Sciences. While attending FAMU, Natasha became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Becoming a member of the sorority is where her mentoring journey and years of community service began. She has over 20 years of experience working with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, National Agricultural Statistics Service as an Agricultural Statistician. Natasha is a Senior Tax Analyst at H & Block during tax season completing taxes for individuals and small business owners. She is also a contract insurance agent assisting individuals and small business owners with Life, Disability and Health Insurance, Cash Value Life Insurance, Debt Elimination, Retirement Planning, Annuities and Final Expense Planning. Becoming an insurance agent allows her to provide additional financial services for individuals and small business owners to become financially prepared for retirement. In 2018-2019, Natasha was selected for the Executive Potential Program in Washington, D.C.; an intensive, twelve-month long leadership development program designed to develop future public service leaders through assessment, experimental learning and individual development activities and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Natasha is a well-round individual that has a passion for helping people in the areas where she’s knowledgeable.
